Administrator | Reception | Temporary | Leeds I am working with a client in Leeds to recruit a Reception / Administrator to provide temporary cover for a few months. This role is ideal for someone with strong admin skills who enjoys being a welcoming, visible presence in an office setting. You’ll be responsible for a mix of reception and straightforward administrative duties, including: Welcoming visitors and acting as a friendly first point of contact Signposting students, staff, and visitors to the appropriate departments General reception cover (this is not a phone-based role) Supporting with basic admin tasks Office ordering and processing receipts Providing flexible support to the wider team as needed Working hours 9:00am-5:00pm is ideal and highly preferable. 9:00am-3:00pm may be considered for the right candidate.
