Role Accountabilities and Core Responsibilities
Sales and Activity Management:
* Assist in achieving Commercial Renewal Business budget.
* Work as part of the team to achieve agreed retention level/rate increase
* The achievement of other upsell / cross sell target
* Ensure agreed processed are followed in all matters
Customer Service:
* Build strong long term relationships with Key Broker partners
* Take personal responsibility for delivering the highest level of accuracy and quality in work
* Deal with requests and enquiries from Brokers, staff and management in professional and timely manner
Customer Relationship Management:
* Build effective working relationships with all Brokers by establishing trust, anticipating needs, sharing information and meeting commitments
Team Collaboration:
* Work closely with Team Leader, Operations & Trading Director and/or member of Capital Mgt Team
* Working as part of a team environment to ensure all Broker needs are met
* Working together to ensure the team is on track to meet monthly and yearly targets
Compliance:
* Comply with all management audit requirements
* Complete Insurance exams within the appropriate time
* Work to ensure that quality of file records meets prescribed standards
