This IT Infrastructure Engineer role offers the chance to work at the heart of a performance-driven organisation, supporting and evolving mission-critical technology platforms. You’ll combine strong operational capability with forward-thinking engineering, helping to design, improve, and support infrastructure that underpins success on and off the track.

🚀 What You’ll Be Doing
* Supporting and evolving IT infrastructure that enables championship-level performance
* Delivering innovative solutions that challenge conventional approaches and improve capability
* Providing senior-level operational support within a medium to large enterprise environment
* Acting as a technical escalation point across a broad range of infrastructure and networking topics
* Planning, organising, and delivering complex workloads with internal teams and third-party partners
* Working within recognised methodologies such as ITIL and Agile
* Designing, managing, and implementing enterprise WAN, LAN, and communications solutions
* Operating effectively under pressure while delivering exceptional service
* Supporting junior engineers through mentoring, training, and clear technical documentation
🧠 What We’re Looking For
* Strong experience in IT infrastructure or network engineering roles
* Broad, vendor-agnostic technical capability across networking and infrastructure, including:
* Cisco Catalyst & Nexus
* NetApp
* Checkpoint
* VMware
* HPC environments
* Experience working in fast-paced, dynamic, or performance-critical environments
* Comfortable balancing hands-on technical work with collaboration and stakeholder engagement
* A proactive, solution-focused mindset with strong attention to detail
🏁 Motorsport Experience (Highly Desired)
* Previous experience within Formula 1, Formula E, or GT environments
* Ability to perform in time-critical, high-expectation settings
