Salary: Grade F 14–19 (£29,540 to £32,061 Full Time Equivalent) subject to pro rata. The minimum actual pro rata salary per annum starts at £24,866.13.

Responsibilities
* Take a lead role in the administration of pupil data & information and pupil attendance.
* Implement first‑day response strategies/policy and conduct home visits to improve attendance across the academy.
* Support Designated Safeguarding Leads (DSLs) in providing high‑quality safeguarding and pastoral support, maintaining accurate records, and working with staff, pupils, parents and external agencies to ensure appropriate plans and strategies are in place.
* Develop positive, respectful and responsive relationships with parents/carers and partners to enable children and young people to develop their full potential.
* Carry out the role of Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead (DDSL) for the academy.
