At ISL, based in Kendal, Lancashire, we operate a supported living project dedicated to empowering individuals with complex needs and learning disabilities. Our service supports people in self-contained apartments, enhanced by the latest assistive technology. We aim to support individuals to live as independently and confidently as possible.

What you'll do:

You will provide outcome-focused, person-centered support that promotes independence and maximises opportunities for the people we support. Your role will include:

· Supporting with medication management

· Teaching and encouraging life skills

· Assisting with daily living tasks

· Facilitating community access and engagement

· Providing emotional support and personal care

· Helping manage tenancies

· Liaising with other healthcare professionals to ensure clients receive the best possible support

Who we're looking for:

We need full-time (37.5 hours) and part-time (23.5 hours) staff ready to work across day and night shifts (7.45am-8pm & 7.45pm-8am), working around a 7-day rota and an on call. Full induction is provided.

Additional Information:

· All appointments are subject to an enhanced DBS check and satisfactory references.

· We do not offer sponsorship

· Currently, there are no bank contracts available

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £12.60 per hour
