We want to hear from you if you have:
A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent Early Years/Childcare/Supporting Teaching & Learning qualification)
Experience supporting children in primary schools, nurseries, or SEND settings
A positive, proactive attitude and strong communication skills
The initiative to support pupils 1:1, in small groups, or in class
Availability for school hours (08:30–15:30) on a full or part-time basis

Your role may include:
Supporting teaching and learning within the classroom or Early Years setting
Creating a positive and engaging learning environment
Helping pupils who require additional support with learning or behaviour
Working closely with teachers, SENCOs, and wider school teams
Assisting with activities, resources, and daily routines
