Role Description
This is a strategic leadership position for a Chief Legal Officer at XGROK LIMITED, operating remotely. The Chief Legal Officer will address all legal matters for the organization, including providing counsel on corporate governance, drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal agreements, and ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws. Additionally, the role involves managing legal risks and offering strategic legal advice to guide business decisions, while protecting the company’s interests.
Qualifications
* Strong knowledge and experience in Law, including expertise in handling a wide range of legal issues.
* Demonstrated ability to provide sound Legal Advice and manage complex legal matters effectively.
* Proficiency in Corporate Governance, overseeing regulatory compliance, and ensuring alignment with applicable laws and guidelines.
* Hands-on experience with Labor and Employment Law, including managing related negotiations and compliance processes.
* Juris Doctor (JD) degree and admission to a recognized legal bar or jurisdiction.
* Exceptional leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to communicate complex legal concepts effectively with stakeholders and team members.
* Experience in the blockchain, technology, or fintech industries is an advantage.
