An exciting opportunity has arisen for a qualified Finance Manager to join a growing and ambitious business in Bradford.Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will play a key role in delivering accurate financial reporting, maintaining a robust control environment and providing commercial insight to support strategic decision-making.Key responsibilities include:Leading the month-end close process and management reportingManaging balance sheet controls and reconciliationsSupporting budgeting, forecasting and cash flow planningBusiness partnering with operational stakeholdersSupporting audit processes and strengthening financial controlsOverseeing fixed asset accounting and capital expenditure projectsDriving process improvements across the finance functionAbout you:Qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA or equivalent)Experience within manufacturing, FMCG or a similar environmentStrong experience in financial reporting, controls and forecastingConfident working with senior stakeholders across the businessCommercially minded with a proactive approachThis is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious finance professional looking to take on a broad and influential role within a supportive and forward-thinking organisation.For a confidential discussion, please get in touch.TPBN1_UKTJ
