Pay Level: 5 £29,064 fully inclusive of Local Weighting Allowance Contract Type: 12-month fixed-term Maternity Cover Working Hours: 37 Hours Location: Observatory House, Slough/Hybrid The closing date for applications is midnight on 23rd December 2025 What you’ll be doing: As a Recruitment Coordinator, you’ll support Slough HR in delivering efficient, innovative and high-quality recruitment services across the council. You’ll help manage recruitment campaigns, support specialist hires, and ensure all recruitment documentation and processes run smoothly. You’ll maintain accurate data in our systems (Talos 360 and Agresso), support pre-employment checks—including references, DBS and contracts—and provide professional communication to candidates. Working closely with managers and teams, you’ll help implement our recruitment and retention strategy, contribute to service improvements and ensure compliance with council policies and equality standards. You’ll also support cross-council projects, provide clear recruitment and financial information, and help ensure our processes are consistent, effective and continuously improving. Annual increments, where applicable, are usually payable on 1st April each year, subject to six months service in the post, until the maximum spinal column point of the level has been reached.
