Your future challenge:
We are currently recruiting for apprentices to train as L3 Process Industry Manufacturing Technicians to join our Production Teams. We rely on the expertise of the Production teams to run our Mill in a safe and efficient way, and we provide full training in the range of different activities undertaken.
You will be working towards the Process Industry Manufacturing Technician qualification, please click on the link for more information: Process industry manufacturing technician / Institute for Apprenticeships and Technical Education Part of this training will involve 2 week blocks over in the North East.
The apprentices will start on days but will move onto the 12 hour shift rota, so applicants need to be 18 years of age or older.

1. Work as part of a team operating machinery to maximum efficiency and throughput.
2. Maintain efficient process continuity, ensuring all safety, environmental and quality standards are followed.
3. Carry out all necessary work to ensure customer requirements are met.

5. Strong practical skills and attention to detail
6. Minimum grade 4 GCSEs in Maths, English, and Science
