Job Description:
The Manager, Clinical Programs on the Clinical Transformation team will drive the development of DaVita’s integrated care strategy and prepare the organization for a shift to value-based care.
In an integrated care environment, we aim to provide comprehensive and preventative care for patients to improve health outcomes in the new value-based healthcare landscape. This role involves developing this model collaboratively with various teams across the organization, blending strategic thinking with operational execution.
Core activities include: supporting the development of care models for integrated kidney care, designing clinical and operational workflows, defining leadership roles, creating tools and reports, and enhancing physician partnerships and workflows (e.g., care coordination).
The Manager, will work with a team of motivated individuals with expertise in consulting, process engineering, change management, and clinical practice, collaborating directly with Kidney Care and IKC leadership.
Key responsibilities are categorized into:
Strategy
* Evaluate effectiveness and scalability of field initiatives and prepare markets for new integrated care programs
* Partner with teams across the organization to implement strategies
* Organize frontline and field leadership for optimal care delivery
* Design scalable solutions and build consensus among stakeholders
* Assess current initiatives and analyze opportunities for clinical and cost improvements
Innovation
* Identify gaps where new processes or products could improve care and efficiency
* Evaluate ideas from field teams and stakeholders
* Adopt an iterative approach to testing and improvement
* Lead development of IT systems to support integrated care
Pilots and experimentation
* Develop hypotheses, conduct research, generate insights, and make business recommendations
* Lead pilot projects for new workflows and measure outcomes
* Build financial models to assess impact on business metrics
* Present findings clearly and build consensus on best practices

Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree required
* 2-3+ years in management consulting, project management, or strategy
* Strong analytical, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
* Highly collaborative and impact-driven
* Advanced PowerPoint, proficiency in Excel preferred
* Interest or experience in healthcare delivery and patient experience preferred

Salary Range:
$68,400.00-$100,400.00/year, depending on qualifications and experience. Additional benefits include healthcare, 401k, and more.
