Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
* Setting the strategic vision for enterprise solutions and unifying product, architecture and consulting disciplines.
* Developing a modern solutions portfolio across cloud, cybersecurity, connectivity, collaboration, data centre and AI-enabled services.
* Driving commercial outcomes, including revenue growth, solution profitability and pricing models.
* Supporting enterprise sales with solution‑led engagement, bid leadership and client relationship management.
* Monitoring market trends and leading innovation, including next‑generation cloud and AI propositions.
* Ensuring delivery quality, lifecycle governance and operational alignment with Technology and Operations teams.
* Building and managing a high‑performing consultancy practice with clear standards, frameworks and capability development.
* Leading and developing a multi‑disciplinary team, nurturing a culture of innovation and customer‑centricity.
* Ensuring regulatory, data protection and security obligations are met.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will be an experienced senior technology leader with a strong background across enterprise ICT, including cloud, cybersecurity, networking and managed services. They will demonstrate strategic thinking, commercial acumen and experience guiding large enterprise bids and transformation programmes. Proven people leadership, strong stakeholder engagement and the ability to modernise and scale technical teams are essential. Knowledge of AI‑enabled solutions, regulated industries and lifecycle management is advantageous.
