Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage daily operations of the store, including opening and closing.
2. Monitor order flow across all platforms (website, Deliveroo) and walk-ins to ensure timely preparation of orders.
3. Maintain exceptional customer service standards by resolving order issues and responding to reviews professionally and promptly.
4. Ensure full compliance with food hygiene and health and safety regulations.
5. Manage stock levels and inventory, placing timely orders for ingredients and supplies while minimising waste and controlling costs.
6. Oversee financial transactions and maintain accurate records of sales, purchases, and expenditures.
7. Ensure consistent food quality that reflects the authenticity of our Japanese and Korean dishes.

Salary: £25,000 – £29,000 yearly
