Monday to Thursday 07.30am to 16.30 & Fridays 07.30 to 13.20pm
Standard hours 37.50 per week

Our client is seeking a SHEETMETAL OPERATOR (CNC Press Brake) to join them on a temporary on-going basis. For the right candidate it could lead to a perm role.
* Setup and operation of the CNC Brake Press (training provided) including part operations, tool setup, machine processes, software control and part database management
* Perform internal maintenance tasks on the Brake Press as specified by check sheets and routine maintenance plans
* Reporting of any issues with the Brake Press to the sheet metal engineer or production manager
* Setup and operation of sheet metal workshop machinery (training provided)
* Successfully manufacture items to required specifications and known timescales
Accountable for ensuring all work and tasks carried out are completed to the highest quality standard
* Working towards production schedules to meet deadlines and targets as instructed
* Ability to undertake tasks as instructed across workshop production including raw material handling, deburring, part assembly, finishing operations and workshop housekeeping
CV must show:
* Ability to setup and operate CNC machinery and understand CNC operating software
* Ability to setup and use sheet metal and workshop tooling
* Competent to perform hands on/manual tasks
* Ability to read, understand and follow production documents, product layouts and
technical drawings
* Competent numeracy and literacy skills
* Able to follow instructions closely when given
* Able to work on own initiative
* Team Player
Candidates must hold:
* Passport or Birth Certificate with proof of National Insurance
