TheRole
Onbehalfofourclient,weareseekinga BusinessDevelopmentManager .Thisroleisresponsiblefordeveloping,,youwilluseyourexistingnetworktointroducetheclientsservices,onboardnewpartnersandensuresmoothdeliveryalongsideinternalclaimsandoperationsteams.
Youwilltakeownershipofconsistentbusinessgrowth,stayaheadofmarkettrendsandactasatrustedadvisortobrokerpartners.
Responsibilitieswillinclude
* Develop,manageandconvertrelationshipswithmotorinsurancebrokers.
* Leverageyourexistingnetworktointroduceourclientsservicesandgenerateimmediateopportunities.
* Identifyandonboardnewbrokerpartnersforcredithireandrepairservices.
* Actasatrustedpartnertobrokers,ensuringtheyunderstandthefullvalueoftheoffering.
* Driveconsistentnewbusinessactivityandrevenuegrowth.
* Collaboratecloselywithinternalclaimsandoperationsteamstoensuresmoothonboardingandservicedelivery.
* Keepuptodatewithmarkettrends,competitoractivityandopportunitieswithinthemotorclaimsspace.

Ourclientisseekingaself-motivatedbusinessdevelopmentprofessionalwithideallystrongrelationshipsinthemotorinsurancebrokermarketandaproventrackrecordofgeneratingrevenue.

£40,000withOTEof£60,000(uncappedOTE)
