The successful candidate will play a key role in operating our moulding machines to produce high-quality plastic components and products. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. If you are experienced in operating machinery, have a keen eye for detail, and are able to work efficiently and independently, we'd like to hear from you. Moulding Operator Key Responsibilities: Operate moulding machines to produce plastic products. Monitor machine operations to ensure consistent product quality. Perform routine maintenance to keep machines running smoothly. Troubleshoot and resolve any operational issues to minimize downtime. Pack, label, and palletise production for shipment. Conduct quality control checks and report any defects. Follow process instructions accurately and adhere to safety guidelines. Collaborate with the team to ensure targets are met while maintain high standards. Maintain a clean and organised working environment. Working Hours: 5 x 10 hour shifts, Monday to Friday (flexibility required) Occasional overtime may be required, including weekends. May also be required to cover nights on occasion. Essential Skills, Knowledge & Experience: Proven ability to work with machinery. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Good manual dexterity and ability to multitask. Basic computer skills (MS Word/Excel). Industry experience is an advantage. Own transport to commute to Bodiam, East Sussex.
