We're looking for a reliable and motivated Process Operator to join our fast-paced production facility in Thirsk. This is a temporary to permanent role offering job security, structured shifts, and genuine opportunities to grow within the business. Both day and night shifts are available.

Your Role
You'll play a key part in ensuring our products are made to the highest standards by:
- Mixing, weighing, packing, and labelling finished products
- Carrying out manual handling tasks (up to 25kg)
- Maintaining excellent levels of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety
- Ensuring product quality by following company procedures
- Keeping work areas tidy and well organised in line with housekeeping standards
What We're Looking For
- Ability to work full-time, rotating shifts
- A valid driving licence
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Strong attention to detail and clear communication skills
- Confidence following written instructions and SOPs
