What you’ll be doing
You will join our small, friendly Pension Systems Team. Your responsibilities include maintaining and improving the current Pensions Administration System, providing support to the main customer‑facing teams and responding to routine system issues.
You will assist with continuous improvement projects, help schedule system upgrades, ensure data integrity, test new releases and resolve helpdesk tickets, escalating complex queries as needed.
What you’ll need to bring
* Basic working knowledge of SQL and ability to produce or amend standard reporting queries.
* Level 2/3 qualification or evidence of an equivalent level.
* Experience of office administration and handling administrative procedures.
* Knowledge of relevant systems, equipment processes and IT tools.
* Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate clearly, in writing and orally.
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise and manage workload.
