Hawk 3 Talent Solutions are currently recruiting for an Office Manager to join a reputable business within the Waste Industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all office operations and administrative staff
Act as first point of contact for internal and external office-related queries
Oversee office budgets, negotiate supplier contracts, and manage vendor relationships
Support senior leadership with diary management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Maintain a positive and productive office environment
Support onboarding and offboarding processes for new staff
Organise internal events, team meetings, and communications
Provide administrative support to wider teams as required
Experience Required:
Proven experience in a similar Office Manager role (minimum 3–5 years)
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused attitude
Competent in Microsoft Office and office systems
