What You'll Be Doing Define project scope and high-level requirements in both Agile and Waterfall environments Collaborate with stakeholders to shape small to medium project changes Apply appropriate project methodologies (Agile, iterative, or plan-driven) Analyse operational needs and identify impactful business solutions Align requirements with strategic roadmaps to support business-wide objectives Specify and manage requirements for tools, data, resources, and environments Address issues, drive corrective actions, and share key insights What You'll Bring Essential: BCS Diploma in Business Analysis (or equivalent experience) Proven ability to manage multiple change initiatives simultaneously Strong business acumen and stakeholder management skills Background in the manufacturing and/or defence industry
