About the Role We’re looking for a creative, digitally-savvy communicator who understands the power of online content to inspire, inform, and connect. Whether it’s through engaging social media posts, eye-catching digital graphics, or managing our online platforms, your work will help shape how we share our message with the world. You’ll be responsible for: Developing and executing a dynamic social media strategy Creating and sharing relevant, original, high-quality content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, MailChimp, and more) Enhancing CMJ UK’s online visibility and brand awareness Moderating user-generated content in line with our Christian ethos Collaborating with internal teams and external designers Supporting print and digital campaigns Managing and updating our Torah Plus subscriber website Reviewing and refining our digital strategy annually What We’re Looking For This role is ideal for someone who: Has proven experience in social media marketing or digital communications Is confident writing, editing, proofreading and designing content across platforms Understands SEO, web development, and digital engagement strategies Is skilled in tools like MailChimp, Adobe, Microsoft Office, and social analytics Can work independently while collaborating with a mission-minded team Has a positive, detail-oriented, and adaptable approach Is passionate about using digital tools to grow a ministry with deep roots and a dynamic future Additional graphic design experience is highly desirable especially during busier seasons.
