About the Role
We're looking for a highly collaborative and insight‑driven Digital Workplace Experience Manager to champion the colleague technology experience across our Workplace Technology domains - including Endpoint, Productivity, Collaboration, Hardware, and Identity & Access Management (IDAM).
What You'll DoUser Insight & Experience Measurement
Lead surveys, polls, interviews, and feedback loops to understand colleague needs.
Map end‑to‑end user journeys across all Workplace Technology services.
Identify pain points and translate insights into actionable service improvements.
Track user experience trends and provide clear reporting to leadership and product teams.
Engagement & Communication
Design and deliver communication campaigns to support awareness, adoption, and understanding of Workplace Technology services.
Create engaging content for Viva Engage and internal communication channels.
Tailor messaging to different user groups to ensure clarity and accessibility.
Support change and adoption activities for new tools, features, and enhancements.
What You Bring
Experience in Digital Workplace, Employee Experience, UX Research, Service Design, Technology Adoption, or similar.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to analyse feedback and translate insights into clear, actionable improvements.
Experience running engagement or communication campaigns.
Confidence working across multiple technology domains.
SC Clearance (active or eligible) is essential.
