The role involves supporting the sales team, resolving invoice issues, onboarding new accounts and ensuring smooth communication across departments. Key Responsibilities: - Manage customer queries and ensure timely, accurate resolution - Track and analyse issues to identify process improvements - Support onboarding of new customers and maintain contract and pricing updates - Act as the main contact between sales and internal teams - Handle invoice queries, credit notes, and complaint resolution - Provide regular updates and reports to account managers - Promote a “right first time” approach across all customer interactions The Company: A well established agricultural business specialising in animal feed, committed to excellent customer service, efficient processes and continuous improvement.
