JOB DESCRIPTION
• Monthly management reporting for TTR group (broadcast, ranges, overhead and Tech development), liaising with regional finance teams and operation departments to understand and action variances to both forecast and plan. Enhance reporting to meet evolving business needs.
• Review all new US and Europe contracts (up to 30 a month) both for technical accounting and also any commercial implications.
• Prepare and post month end journals for Toptracer Range & Overheads (revenue, COGS, freight, R&M, commission accruals, legal, marketing).
• Prepare balance sheet account reconciliations on a monthly basis, investigating and resolving key differences and also reconciling lease receivables back to the Tango lease accounting system used by US team for Group reporting.
• Fully reconcile Toptracer stock and WIP accounts on a monthly basis with a focus on ensuring all movements during the month are captured accurately and in line with the accounting framework. Work with Global Supply Chain to introduce inventory and working capital KPI reporting and ensure efficient cash management.
• Create and maintain enhanced lease schedule that will be robust enough to accurately track high volume of complex leases.
• Support external audit with all Toptracer audit queries as well as perform the required adjustments to take Toptracer from US GAAP into UK GAAP for financial statement purposes.
• Work with Toptracer finance team, sales, operations, and supply chain to understand key pressure points and provide clear guidance on finance implications of business decisions along with any ad hoc analysis as required including new territories.
