As a Recruitment Resourcer, you’ll play a crucial role in identifying and engaging quality candidates for roles across our Fostering, Residential, Education and wider Compass Community teams, ensuring we continue to provide exceptional care to children and young people. Closing Date: Thursday 14th August Interview Date: W/C 18th August Key Responsibilities Act as the first point of contact for prospective applicants, offering excellent knowledge of Compass services across Fostering, Residential, Education, Therapeutic Services, and Community. Deliver exceptional candidate experience and represent Compass with professionalism and passion. Ensure prompt response times to all enquiries and manage the full pre-screening and registration process. Achieve individual and team weekly/monthly recruitment targets. Proactively source candidates using various platforms, including CV Library, Indeed, LinkedIn, and internal databases. Collaborate with the wider recruitment team and cover/support other team members as needed. Contribute to recruitment campaigns, events, and promotional activities. Support the Recruitment Manager and Supervisor with reporting, data management, and general recruitment activity. Requirements & Experience Previous experience in recruitment or resourcing is essential (either agency or in house) Strong interpersonal skills with a customer first mindset Excellent verbal and written communication skills Knowledge of CV databases, job boards, and candidate sourcing techniques Organised and detail orientated, with the ability to manage a busy workload and meet tight deadlines Proficiency in Microsoft Office and using applicant tracking systems A team player with an interest in children’s services and making a real difference Why choose us?
