The Opportunity
We are excited to be recruiting for an experienced Export Sales Executive to join our Export Sales team on a permanent basis. This is position is based in Thirsk, North Yorkshire with hybrid working.

Our family of brands include Harringtons, Wagg, Barking Heads & Meowing Heads, AATU and a selection of partner brands that trust us to produce food on their behalf. Our kitchens in Thirsk and Kinmel produce dry, wet, and baked foods which are enjoyed by dogs and cats all over the world.
The Role of Export Sales Executive:
To work with and support the Export Team Leader developing IPN's business across Export accounts delivering substantial and sustainable profitable sales. In addition, direct account management responsibility for certain customers.
Key Accountabilities of Export Sales Executive:
* Manage smaller export accounts (forecast, orders receipt, pricing, support, promos)
* Filter incoming sales leads, assess potential trade partners, and support in market studies
* As directed by the Export Team Leader, prepare price lists, presentations and business cases
* Create and maintain a database with all relevant marketing and technical information gathered from other departments, and that be used on several markets
* Overview of the registration processes in export markets, keeping track of projects, timelines, and information from other departments
* To work closely with IPN's Marketing and Branding teams, ensuring that export requirements (languages, regulatory etc.) are considered when developing new brands and products
* Daily follow up with Customer Care and Logistics on status of all export orders, and escalation of any issue to Export Team Leader.
Skills, Experience & Qualifications of Export Sales Executive:
* Demonstrable experience in FMCG/export businesses
* International logistics experience / transport / Export
* Ability to communicate with various stakeholders including internationally
* Previous experience of working in a fast paced changing environment
* Commercial and international acumen Computer literate with good interpersonal skills Strong communication and analytical skill
