Our client, a leader in their field are seeking a temporary receptionist to cover front desk for 6 months. This role would suit someone with strong administration and organisational skills.
Hours: 8:30am – 5pm
Duties of the role:
1. Meeting and greeting visitors, resolving various queries
2. Answering inbound phone calls
3. Processing bookings/paperwork
4. Liaising with drivers/clients, processing jobs
5. Supporting the office with administrative duties
