We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Associate to join our internal recruitment team. You’ll be hands-on in helping us attract, engage, and hire the best people into Skills Alliance.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start a career in recruitment or HR. You’ll gain practical experience across sourcing, candidate communication, market research, and coordination; working alongside a global team and learning how internal recruitment functions in a fast-paced, international business.
This role would run from Jan-June (6 months) 2026.
What you’ll be doing:
1. Use LinkedIn and other platforms to identify and reach out to potential candidates
2. Help manage inbound applicants and shortlist suitable profiles
3. Schedule interviews and coordinate candidate communication
4. Support screening and qualification calls with candidates
