We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst to join a highly operational, technology-driven environment delivering bespoke software solutions within a complex production setting.
You will play a key role in bridging the gap between business operations and development teams, working with real-time data, integrated systems and fast-moving workflows to design and deliver practical, scalable solutions.
This role sits within a collaborative technology function and requires a hands‑on individual who is comfortable working close to the detail. You will gain exposure to complex system integrations, high‑volume transactional data, and time‑critical delivery processes.
This opportunity is ideal for someone with strong technical BA experience who enjoys working in fast‑paced, delivery‑focused environments and wants to have a direct impact on business performance.
Responsibilities
* Translate business requirements into clear, actionable technical specifications
* Work closely with development teams to design and deliver effective system solutions
* Analyse and work with complex datasets, databases and data flows
* Support system enhancements, process improvements and best practice initiatives
* Collaborate with stakeholders across operations, technology and leadership
* Build a deep understanding of end‑to‑end workflows and system interactions
Skills and Experience
* Experience as a Technical Business Analyst or similar role
* Strong SQL skills with the ability to write and interpret queries
* Experience working with databases, data structures and integrations
* Python or scripting experience (desirable)
* Confident working with senior stakeholders and managing challenges constructively
