Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled IPAF Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating powered access equipment safely and efficiently on various job sites. This role requires a strong understanding of health and safety regulations, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with other team members to ensure project completion.
Duties
* Operate various types of powered access equipment, including cherry pickers and scissor lifts, in accordance with safety guidelines.
* Conduct pre-operation checks on equipment to ensure it is in safe working condition.
* Follow site-specific safety protocols and report any hazards or incidents immediately.
* Assist in the loading and unloading of equipment from vehicles and ensure proper storage when not in use.
* Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently and effectively while maintaining high standards of safety.
* Maintain accurate records of equipment usage and report any maintenance needs promptly.
Requirements
* Valid IPAF certification is essential for this role.
* Previous experience operating powered access equipment is highly desirable.
* Strong understanding of health and safety regulations related to working at height.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.
* Physical fitness and the ability to perform manual handling tasks as required.
