Are you passionate about digital innovation and customer engagement? We are looking for a Support and Engagement Officer to join the Digital Programme & Portfolio Team. This multi-functional team is responsible for developing and delivering programmes and projects identified by the council as key strategic priorities. The team provides support and guidance for all digital initiatives within the council and manages the Digital procurement function for the entire council and its schools.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing effective engagement, support, and training to facilitate the implementation of Co-Pilot initially and all future developments. This role includes the development and coordination of bespoke digital workshops and training materials in collaboration with HROD Training and Digital Officers for users and Councillors. Experience in supporting organizations through change is essential.
The postholder will also be responsible for staying updated on new and emerging tools and technologies to enhance services and support throughout the organization.
