Job Description
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, motivate, and manage the nursery team
* Ensure high-quality care and education in line with EYFS and Ofsted standards
* Oversee safeguarding, health & safety, and compliance
* Manage staff performance, rotas, recruitment, and training
* Build strong relationships with parents and external professionals
* Support occupancy levels and day-to-day nursery operations
Essential Requirements
* Level 3 Childcare qualification or above (essential)
* Minimum 2 years experience working in a childcare / early years setting
* Minimum 2 years experience in a managerial or leadership role (Manager or Deputy Manager level)
* Strong knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and Ofsted requirements
* Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
* Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
* Right to work in the UK
