Insight Consultancy are a small but busy marketing agency who are looking for an apprentice to join the team following a period of growth. This is the perfect role for someone who would like to make their mark on a small, but rapidly growing business.
You'll work with the support of the full team, which includes designers, developers and content writers.
We are based in Leicester, but our team works remotely or hybrid from locations across the UK. The role is hybrid with 2-3 days spent working from our Leicester office.
Key responsibilities
* Advertising Support: Assist with paid media campaigns by gathering, organising, and analysing performance data.
* Customer service: Serve as our front-of-house by operating live chat windows and answering phone calls for the company and its clients, ensuring prompt and professional customer service.
* Events: Assist with external marketing activities and logistics, including providing support at our networking event and expos we attend.
* Content Scheduling & Management: Manage and maintain cross-platform content schedules (social media, email newsletters, and blogs), ensuring timely delivery and adherence to the content strategy.
* Visual Content Creation: Utilise tools like Canva to create simple graphics and visual content for marketing materials, collaborating closely with the design team.
* Advertising Support: Assist with paid media campaigns by gathering, organizing, and analysing performance data.
* Website Quality Control: Support the team by conducting basic website audits to identify areas for technical, structural, and content improvement.
* Operational Projects: Execute detailed administrative workflows by completing comprehensive checklists for activities such as client onboarding, audits, and offboarding.
* General Administration: Provide essential administrative support to the team, including data collation and task assistance.
* Office Environment: Contribute to maintaining a professional working environment by helping to keep shared office areas tidy and organised.
