* Leading the preparation and delivery of management accounts across multiple business units, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
* Developing and refining financial reporting processes to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency
* Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management activities at group level
* Managing and mentoring a small finance team to foster of a high-performance environment
* Assisting with integration of new financial systems and process improvements to support ongoing growth
Suitable Candidate for the Management Accountant vacancy:
* Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or an experienced QBE with relevant multi-entity management accounting experience
* Proven track record in producing consolidated management reports within a multi-site organisation
* Strong leadership skills and experience supervising finance staff
* Demonstrable experience working within an SME or growing business environment
* Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with Xero and Fathom
