Zest Education is partnering with a forward-thinking secondary academy in Hounslow to recruit an inspiring Head of Maths to lead a thriving department from Easter/April.
This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate Mathematician who is ready to shape a high-impact curriculum across Key Stages 3–5, drive standards, and cultivate a love of Mathematics that lasts well beyond the classroom.
As Head of Maths, you will:
* Lead the strategic direction of Mathematics across the school
* Shape and deliver an ambitious, knowledge-rich curriculum

* Support and develop a committed team of teachers

What We’re Looking For
A highly motivated practitioner who:
* Holds QTS and has recent UK experience delivering strong Maths teaching across a range of abilities
* Has secure subject expertise and a proven ability to raise attainment
* Uses assessment and intervention intelligently to support progress
* Demonstrates inclusive practice and strong behaviour routines
* Leads with positivity, clarity and high expectations
