44580 | Communication & Public Relations | Management | Non-Executive | Allianz Malaysia | Full-Time | Permanent Job Summary Responsible and managing all communication platforms for Allianz Life agency force Key Responsibilities • Act as the communication gatekeeper for the agency force on company-related development and key highlights. • Responsible and managing all communication platforms for Allianz Life agency force. • Development of collaterals such as newsletter, social media contents, videos, letters and any other deemed necessary communication to support business and recruitment needs. • Work closely with stakeholders (internal and external) for communication-related matters and ensure all necessary approvals are in place before executing the communication • Take proactive initiative in suggesting ways to improve communication/creativity within the department/ division to drive business and recruitment needs. • Oversee video production with the video production house, developing recruitment and business-related videos for events, promotion and more. • Conceptualise, develop and execute events both offline or on ground including but not limited to workshops, seminars, town hall, roadshows. • To support in the pre-event, event and post-event preparation, within the key function of this role and participate in agency-related events. • To support the preparation of reports within the department Key Requirements · At least 3-4 years of experience in communications, event and copywriting/content creation experience · Candidate must possess learning in mass communication, media communication, journalism and/or social media · Proficiency in design programme including Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator & Photoshop) · Writing and proofreading skills are required. · Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and administrative skills · Written and oral communication skills in English, Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia. · Able to work independently, resourceful and highly results oriented We at Allianz believe in a diverse and inclusive workforce and are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
