Job Description
This is an ideal position for a Guest Service Manager looking to advance their career by joining our busy, lively Ibis London Wembley as a full-time employee working 40 hours per week.
This role is perfect for someone with hotel experience who is passionate about all departments and supports them in delivering exceptional guest service. The position offers a salary of £32,000 per annum plus benefits.
The role includes:
1. Involvement in all aspects of hotel operations, always focused on delivering a great guest experience and setting a positive example for colleagues as a manager supporting all departments.
2. A unique opportunity for a Team Leader or Duty Manager to gain their first managerial role in a busy environment and gain exposure to all hotel departments.
3. Support from our Talent team member, known as Picasso, responsible for marketing and social media content, helping to create unique guest experiences.
4. Supporting our Food and Beverage and Front Office teams to manage the busy Wembley events.
5. Looking after team wellbeing, organizing activities, a wellbeing calendar, and providing personal attention to our team members.
6. Personalizing guest stays, especially for VIPs, with support from the Front Office team.
7. Leading live music events to ensure fun for guests and staff.
8. Supporting the Maintenance Manager in creating and supporting ESG activities for teams and guests.
Qualifications
A bit about you:
1. Proven supervisory experience in hospitality, preferably within an Accor-brand hotel.
2. At least 2 years of hospitality management or supervisory experience.
3. A strong background in F&B operations or front desk management.
4. Excellent guest service skills.
5. Strong collaboration skills.
6. Ability to network and engage with new people.
7. Proficient in computer use and handling calls professionally.
8. Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, understanding that hospitality is a 24/7 operation.
ibis London Wembley is a busy hotel welcoming travelers from around the world, located 5 minutes from Wembley Stadium and Wembley Arena, with vibrant F&B and reception operations for 10 months each year.

As a Front Office Manager, you will be part of a friendly team of 30 talents. Our hotel features 210 rooms and a bar-restaurant.
Fluency in English is required to effectively welcome and care for our guests.
