Job Title: Customer Care Assistant
As a Customer Care Assistant, you will be the face of your restaurant. Your responsibilities include engaging with customers, ensuring smooth operations in customer areas, making children feel welcome, handing out balloons, organizing special events, attending to customers' specific needs, maintaining high standards of cleanliness in the dining area and toilets, and creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere. You will establish and maintain positive communication with customers and keep the manager informed about customer satisfaction.
You will work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. We seek individuals with a genuine smile, the ability to connect with customers, and make them feel valued.
Ideal candidates will be friendly, welcoming, courteous, helpful, and able to work well as part of a team. Effective communication skills, including attentive listening, face-to-face verbal communication, and maintaining eye contact, are essential. You should be able to sustain high energy levels while working efficiently and productively.
