We are seeking a Strategic Service Accounts Manager - EMEA to join our team anywhere in Europe.
The Strategic Service Accounts Manager is responsible for driving growth in Service sales and profitability within assigned accounts, achieving short- and long-term targets, and establishing Vertiv as the preferred partner throughout the product lifecycle.
In collaboration with Strategic Account Managers/Directors, you will manage relationships with assigned strategic accounts, overseeing the Service Account plan and representing the company to stakeholders.
You will implement service sales strategies aligned with Vertiv's overall strategy, working with internal teams to exceed customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Achieve Service Sales targets for assigned accounts.
* Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
* Anticipate and address commercial and technical needs, providing solutions.
* Create and follow up on Service Account and Activity Plans, leading business development efforts.
* Manage sales across all service pillars in collaboration with Strategic Account Managers.
* Coordinate with the sales team to provide a unified customer interface.
* Monitor market trends, identify new opportunities, and develop Service Action Plans.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and trade regulations.
Ideal candidates will have industry experience, commercial acumen, strong networking skills, and technical knowledge of Vertiv's offerings. Effective communication and coordination skills are essential.
Job Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or Economics.
* At least 3 years of proven experience in Service/Service Sales management.
* Fluent in English.
* Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Knowledge of industry competitors and market landscape.
