Basic Salary: £28,000 - £32,000
On Target Earnings: £55,000 - £65,000

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage, mentor, and motivate the sales team, ensuring high performance and continuous development.
* Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.

* A valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
