The Role
As the Senior Client Services Administrator, you’ll be at the heart of the client experience. Working closely with a team of Financial Planners, you’ll ensure everything runs smoothly, managing workflows, streamlining processes, and offering clear, caring communication at every step. You’ll take ownership of client records, process new business, and oversee AML and compliance checks with accuracy and confidence. You’ll also play a positive role within the wider team, mentoring colleagues, sharing knowledge, and helping to continuously improve the way things are done.
