1. Position: Fast-Fit Centre Manager
2. Location: Corby
3. Basic Salary: Up to £38,000 + Bonus
4. Monday to Friday working with Saturdays on a rota
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced and commercially focused Fast-Fit Centre Manager to lead a busy, high-performing centre in Corby.
Reporting to the Area Manager, this position is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the centre, driving business performance, and ensuring the highest levels of customer service are consistently delivered.
Key Responsibilities as a Fast-Fit Centre Manager will include:
5. Manage the overall performance and daily operations of the centre
6. Coordinate workloads to maximise efficiency and productivity
7. Drive sales, profitability, and achievement of business objectives
8. Lead, motivate, and develop a team to deliver excellent service
9. Maintain high standards of customer care and satisfaction
10. Ensure full compliance with health & safety and company standards
11. Uphold presentation standards and lead by example
Requirements that the Fast-Fit Centre Manager will need:
12. Proven experience in a management role within retail and/or automotive environments
13. Strong commercial awareness with a track record of driving sales and performance
14. Ability to lead, coach, and develop a team effectively
15. Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering high service standards
16. Experience managing operations, compliance, and centre standards
17. Strong organisational and time management skills
18. Full UK driving licence (maximum 9 points)
