Job Description
* Support recruitment activities including scheduling interviews, coordinating onboarding, and maintaining candidate records.
* Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and documentation.
* Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
* Coordinate training sessions, employee engagement initiatives, and internal communications.
* Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks including leave management, contract preparation, and compliance tracking.
* Liaise with government entities and external vendors as needed.
The Successful Applicant
* UAE National with Family Book
* Minimum 3-5 years of HR administration experience.
* Strong organisational and communication skills.
* Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Familiarity with UAE labor laws and government processes.
