Assist in leading and motivating the team to meet sales and service goals. Help manage stock levels and ensure accurate records. Support compliance with health & safety, company policies, and legal requirements. Maintain good relationships with customers, suppliers, and team members. Step in for the Branch Manager when needed, including handling staff issues and administrative tasks. Drive sales and profitability through excellent service and customer relationships.
