An exciting opportunity for an experienced HSQE Supervisor to join a leading renewable energy contractor. The successful candidate will ensure company-wide compliance with health, safety, quality, and environmental standards across multiple nationwide renewable energy projects, including heating, insulation, and solar PV installations.
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Monitor and enforce HSQE compliance across all live projects.
2. Conduct regular site audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
3. Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions.
4. Support ongoing accreditation processes (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, MCS, PAS 2030).
5. Deliver toolbox talks and health & safety training.
6. Maintain comprehensive records on audits, incidents, and workforce training.
7. Liaise with site teams and subcontractors to ensure safe, high-quality delivery.
8. Drive a culture of continuous improvement in safety and quality.
9. Stay up to date with UK HSE legislation and industry trends.
Skills & Qualifications:
10. NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent (essential).
11. Proven HSQE experience in construction or renewables.
12. Strong knowledge of CDM Regulations and relevant environmental laws.
13. Experience with ISO management systems and audits.
14. Strong communication, training, and influencing skills.
15. Ability to manage multiple sites independently.
16. Full UK driving licence (essential).
Desirable:
17. MCS/PAS 2030 experience.
18. IEMA or environmental awareness certification.
19. Experience with ECO4 or domestic retrofit schemes.

Salary: £45,000
