Job Title: Construction & EHS Commercial Manager
Location: London, South East or Midlands (regular client travel required)
Reporting to: Director Level
Works closely with: Heads of Construction S&R and EHS
Purpose of the Role:
This is a hands-on commercial coordination role supporting the Heads of Construction and EHS. It does not involve line management or site safety delivery.
This role is suited to candidates with commercial, operational, or compliance experience in construction-related environments
This role exists to bring commercial strength, operational consistency and scalable growth capability across the EHS and Construction Safety service lines.
The post holder will consolidate P&L oversight, embed commercial best practice, and support the development of new and existing client relationships, while enabling the two technical Heads of Department to remain focused on delivery excellence.
