Here at Watches of Switzerland Group we are looking for a Junior Secretary to join our Office in London.
You provide general receptionist duties for our London North Row office and administrative support to the Company Secretary.
About the role
1. To meet and greet all visitors to Head Office with a professional and polite attitude.
2. To assist with concierge duties.
3. To be the first point of contact for visitors, the “face and voice” of Head Office.
4. To ensure that every visitor's needs are catered for with a “World Class experience”.
5. To excel in customer service, to ensure all that visit leave with their expectations met
6. and purpose of contact fulfilled.
7. To build knowledge of visitors and from this anticipate their needs on future visits.
About You
8. A successful track record in a similar role
9. Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multi-task.
10. Able to manage a complex and demanding workload, demonstrating the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
11. Be able to work collaboratively, with a range of colleagues in the wider organisation, as well as with external stakeholders.
12. Attention to detail, including proof reading skills and ability to draft communications to a wide range of audiences.
13. Microsoft Office skills, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
14. Ability to support project planning initiatives.
