About the Role: Workforce Management Manager
As the Workforce Management Manager, you’ll play a strategic role in driving operational excellence across inbound, outbound, or back-office functions. From resource forecasting to backlog management, you’ll optimise performance, enhance efficiency, and lead cross-functional initiatives that align with the company’s long-term growth goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Workforce Planning & Operations Oversight
* Forecast short- and long-term workforce needs using historical data and business insights
* Manage resource allocation across multiple departments
* Oversee backlog management and ensure SLA targets are met
* Drive strategic initiatives aligned with business transformation goals
Process & Workflow Optimisation
* Streamline operational workflows across front-line and support teams
* Implement automation to enhance productivity and minimise manual processes
* Optimise the use of workforce management tools and technologies
Performance Management & Quality Assurance
* Monitor KPIs, quality scores, and SLA adherence
* Analyse operational data for continuous improvement
* Ensure effective service delivery through robust performance tracking
Cross-Functional Leadership
* Collaborate with senior leaders, HR, and department heads to align workforce strategies
* Lead long-term, cross-departmental operational projects
* Support business continuity through proactive risk mitigation
Experience:
* Minimum 5 years in workforce or operations management, ideally within a call center or financial services setting
* Enterprise-level experience in regulated industries is highly desirable
Education:
* Bachelor’s degree is essential
