Your new companyAn exciting opportunity has become available for 2 Domestic Plumbers to work within the defence industry.Your new roleWe are looking for 2 experienced and fully qualified plumbers. In this role, you'll be delivering high-quality plumbing repairs and installations across MOD properties. You'll respond to day-to-day service requests, ensuring the right first-time fixes, while carrying out inspections, system testing, and fault diagnosis. You'll work directly with families, clients, and our supply chain to ensure complete satisfaction, operating safely and efficiently in line with our commitment to excellent service.Your responsibilities will also include accurate record keeping, both digitally and on paper, attending training and team briefings, and contributing to our culture of continuous improvement. You'll help mentor apprentices and represent the VIVO values with every task you take on.Hours: Full-time, 40hrs per week, on call required 1 in 3 including weekends and Bank holidays (Bank holiday-day back in lieu).Oncall:£150 Standby, time and a half/ double time for SundaysLocations required to travel too: Lyneham Area, with daily travel throughout Bristol, Warminster, Corsham, GloucesterWhat you'll need to succeedThe successful applicant will hold an NVQ Level 2/3 qualification in Plumbing and hold a clean UK driving license. You should have a practical mindset with an eye for safety, a strong sense of reliability, and a professional, proactive attitude. Previous experience in domestic plumbing is preferred, and a focus on customer satisfaction is essential.What you'll get in returnA competitive salary of £34K per annum, company van and fuel card as travel is required as stated above.
