Role Overview
Reporting to the Director of Technology and working closely with the Senior Leadership Team, we are seeking a Head of Technology Change to lead the Technology Change team and deliver successful digital transformation across Sight Scotland and Sight Scotland Veterans. The Technology Directorate supports our charitable mission by leveraging technology to enable efficient operations, enhance service delivery, and drive innovation. This role involves understanding organisational needs, designing solutions, and enabling effective technology adoption to support our mission.
Candidate Profile
This role requires a highly capable leader with a proven track record in building and managing a high-performing technology team. The ideal candidate excels at aligning technology initiatives with organisational goals, has excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, and demonstrates a commitment to accessibility standards, security best practices, and inclusive design. Experience collaborating with external providers to deliver effective technology solutions is essential. You will lead change, promote user adoption of new technologies, and work with external partners to deliver impactful solutions.
